This Web Site, www.teethingbeads.com, is operated by Baby Bunting Ltd (‘we’ or ‘us’). These terms will apply to all your purchases of items from the retail section of our website. Please read this document carefully and print it off or download it before placing your order.

We may change these terms from time to time. Please check them before you make a new purchase.

PAYMENT
For your security you can pay for your order by PayPal. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access to your information.

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US
We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible. A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and PayPal has confirmed payment has been made.

DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries but we do not accept responsibility for Royal Mail delivery times, delivery is subject to their terms and conditions.

From time to time we run discounted or free delivery offers, these are subject to a minimum spend – please see the website for full details.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to have orders received before 9p.m. dispatched the next day. Any orders received after 9p.m maybe included in the next days post otherwise will be sent the following day. Please note we may not always be able to dispatch the next day during busy times – we will do our utmost to advise of any delays.

As we carry our most popular products in stock we are usually able to offer a next day dispatch time. However, due to the availability of some items, we do ask that you allow 10 working days* for delivery. If we have any problems with your order we will contact you to let you know what is happening.

*Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. Goods displayed on the website are usually in stock – however if there is a technical issue or another order placed at the same time the goods ordered maybe unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and wherever possible we will try and match or reduce the price. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS INFORMATION UNWANTED ITEMS
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to you for any reason.

You also have a Cooling Off period where you may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you.

If you wish to return the goods, please make sure you send them back in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us at your own cost If you wish to return an unwanted item, please ensure all accessories are within the returned package and that the goods are in the condition that we sent them to you.

If you have had the item for more than 7 days we will offer an exchange or you may choose a credit note that you can use to purchase another item of the same value or higher. We do not offer refunds on items older than 14 days, unless they are faulty and credit notes must be used within 45 days of issue.

FAULTY ITEMS In the unlikely event please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will ask you to send back the item for checking. Please include detailed information as to the fault . If the item is found to be faulty we will normally dispatch a new item within 10 working days and return your postage costs (please note we will only refund standard or recorded postage we will not refund Specials such as next day service.)

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If, in the unlikely event, you wish to make a complaint, then please contact us shop@babybuntingltd.co.uk. We shall then fully investigate the matter and contact you within 5 working days from receipt of your email. This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

DELAY OR FAILURE TO PERFORM
We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in performing of our any obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control e.g.an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance ,strike, industrial action or stoppages of work ,any form of government intervention ,a third party act or omission , failure by you to give us a correct email or delivery address or notify us of any change of address

If this happens we shall inform you as soon as is reasonably practicable and if these circumstances continue for 30 days either you or we will be free to cancel the contract. If so, we will give you a full refund of any payment we have received from you within 30 days of cancellation.

CARING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Always refer to the care and maintenance instructions in relation to your purchase if applicable.

SAFETY
Our teething products if used under adult supervision offer a safe natural relief from the pains of teething and other symptoms. We therefore ask you ensure your child or the child you are caring for is under an adults supervision whilst wearing the items and they do not sleep in any item of jewelery. It is the responsibility of the child’s supervisor to take care of the child – Baby Bunting Ltd can not be held responsibility for any injury or death from the use of its products.

GOVERNING LAW
All contracts formed between us for the purchase of items from this Web Site shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If any provisions of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
